Please welcome our new varsity head baseball coach Abino Vazquez!
Coach Vazquez played for Oregon State under hall of fame coach Pat Casey (he currently still holds the OSU triples record) He's been coaching baseball for over 16 years with the Chicago White Sox National Scout Team, Mountainside, Sunset, and Hillsboro High Schools. He has extensive knowledge and a deep baseball background and specializes in hitting instruction, refined batting techniques, and speed and agility training. High school athletics should prepare students for success beyond the field. His coaching philosophy centers on developing skills, character, confidence, and ensuring that every student graduates prepared and excited for the future they choose. Abino currently works for Washington County with a focus on youth support and services. |
