Expectations once the regular spring season is complete
We continue encourage students to play multiple sports, which has many benefits such as reduced risk of injury and burnout, and improved overall athleticism through diverse skill development. It also offers mental and social advantages, including enhanced cognitive skills, improved teamwork and leadership abilities, greater adaptability, and increased confidence and self-concept. While encouraging multiple sports, it's critical to continue to provide the opportunity throughout the entire year to continue to grow and develop through baseball!
Summer Ball
Summer baseball consists of multiple teams at varying levels of play, set up to gain experience through live action and competition. Teams will be pulled together dependent on the players available and set up to offer the highest level of competition available.
Fall Ball
"Fall Ball" is a developmental, lower-pressure season with a focus on improving individual skills, getting more game experience, and preparing for the next season, rather than intense competition.
Winter Workouts
Winter baseball workouts should focus on building a comprehensive foundation of strength, conditioning, and mental toughness, while also using the offseason to refine specific baseball skills like hitting and fielding through consistent targeted practice.
