Winter Workouts (Dec-Feb)
Speed, Agility, & Strength Tuesday's and Thursdays 4:30-6:00pm (Speed & Agility) Weight Training directly after Day 1: December 16th Holidays: No workouts 12/23, 12/25, 1/1 Meet at the Indoor Hitting Facility Wear comfortable workout clothing Tryouts are end of February and this is an opportunity to continue offseason growth. Aligned with a targeted off-season training program, winter is where most athletes result in the largest gains with focus on strength, speed, and agility. |
